Stillpoint Reiki is a gentle, grounding nervous system support session designed to help your body shift out of stress and into a more regulated state.
Using light touch or hands just above the body, Reiki works quietly and non-invasively to support relaxation, emotional release, and a greater sense of internal steadiness. You do not need to talk, explain your story, or “do” anything. You simply arrive, lie down, and allow your body to receive.
This work is especially supportive when life feels loud, your emotions feel close to the surface, or you are tired of pushing through on willpower alone.
People often leave feeling calmer, clearer, more present, and more connected to themselves like their system finally had space to exhale.
You do not need to fully understand Reiki for it to be meaningful.

I was skeptical too…
I did not come to Reiki as someone deeply spiritual or easily convinced.
I came curious, but skeptical.
When I attended my first Reiki training, I remember sitting through class thinking, What is this? Did I really pay money for this?
Then came the attunement and I experienced something I could not easily explain away.
What stayed with me was not just the experience itself. It was what changed after.
